I am quite familiar with magick. I understand that the term can be spelled in two different ways, either having different meaning for each person. I prefer to use a "k" at the end to differentiate between "smoke and mirrors" and "witch practices". I have a friend who is into dragon magick and I've read a book on witchcraft meant for teens.
I know of several different witchcraft paths including but not limited to: Kabbalistic, Ceremonial, Gardenarian, Alexandrian, Voodoo, Hoodoo, Santeria, Satanist, "Dark/White/Grey", Celtic based, Hermetic, Eclectic, Wicca and Traditional.
I understand that, when performing a spell, one doesn't need to have rhyming sentences, but when done so, it can add "power"/"intent" to the spell. I know of the history of Samhain (Halloween/All Hallow's Eve').
I know the properties and benefits of using salt for protection, cleanisng, etc.
Have you explored other paths?
I have attempted to explore the Wiccan path, but didn't continue with it for that long. I now continue on my spiritual/eclectic path of witchcraft.
Have you ever worked with Traditional Witchcraft?
Not intentionally doing so, I believe I have done Traditional Witchcraft in the past, albeit not very often.
What does Traditional Witchcraft mean to you?
Traditional Witchcraft means honoring Mother Earth and all other parts of nature, as is, and caring for it as she does for us. It also means that all "space" is sacred and that one doesn't need to consecrate items and a space to perform magick. But what it means, most of all, is listening to my heart, and whenever I have a gut feeling about doing or using, I'll go with it. Because, essentially, that's all that counts, as well as the love and intent put into it.
How long have you worked with witchcraft in general?
I started working with witchcraft when I was in junior high and continue(d) on and off until present time.
What brought you to our site?
I was looking up a site that had a forum for new witches and the description that was on google for this site interested me.
What do you expect to get from this site, and what do you expect to contribute to this forum?
I hope to learn from others and to teach others in return because I think we are all here to live, love and learn, no matter our true "life's purpose".

I belong to paganspace.net and other paranormal-type forums that include witchcraft threads.
What are your strongest points in witchcraft?
My strongest points are energetic healing works, meditation, and being able to communicate with my guides/guardian and angels.
What are your weakest points in witchcraft?
Rhyming the words for my spells and remembering the charateristics/benefits of certain herbs.
