    I have studied world religions in depth. I don’t really have a ‘path’. Shamanism is interesting and I am curious about it. I have studied Tantra, Hinduism, Buddhism. I have some interest in Native American beliefs.

    I realized a few years back that most of what I do naturally is traditional Witchcraft, I was brought up in it and didn’t realize it.

  1. I work well to the sound of native drums.
  2. 1 cup honey 1 tablesppon tyme 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and crushed 1 lemon sliced, peel ON Place all ingredients in a lidded jar Store in refrigerator for at least 24 hours before use Use in hot black to sweeten when you have a cold, real nice for a sore throat. I like to make sure I get a slice of lemon in each cup. Gets better with time.
  3. A friend put vegetables in the plastic eggs for her kids to find.
  4. Spilled Salt over shoulder to prevent bad luck. Breaking a mirror gives 7 years bad luck. Falling broom means visitors are coming. Bells on doors to ward off bad spirits. Knock on wood to keep the things you say from becoming reality. Never take your old broom to a new house, leave your old dirt behind to start a new life. A bird flying into a window is a bad sign. A bird in the house means the death of someone you love. Bad things come in threes. Black cat crossing your path, good for witches, bad for non. Ring around moon means rain. Always leave the earth a gift when taking from it. Thank the spirit of an animal that you kill. Waste not want not, to an extreme.
