  • How familiar are you with witchcraft?
I've been working with the craft for quite some time, still coming across new explorations and understandings of life and it's magick.
  • Have you explored other paths?
I've researched into Wiccan, but found it's not what i'm looking for. I don't want to live my life with rules or influenced by a book. Just myself and nature.

The interest of the Craft and a recommendation of a close someone.

  1. I had a conversation with a friend earlier and we were talking about the power of words and really understanding the meaning of them. Whilst she is not pagan, we discussed how some famous quotes/meanings can inspire and affect certain people and not others. So, this is a thread to share some 'life quotes' which you find inspiring or motivational. I'm quite an optimist and consider myself a younger and more attractive version of Dumbledore as I throw 'wise words' left, right and centre. Here some are of mine: "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind, don't matter and those who matter, don't mind" Dr Seuss (My life motto) "I'd rather sit on a pumpkin by myself than be crowded on a velvet cushion" Henry David Thoreau (My life story) “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” Albert Einstein (As a trained teacher, this has to be one of my all time favorites) "If you live to be a hundred, I want to live to be a hundred and minus one so I never have to live without you" A.A. Milne (My favorite childhood quote from Winnie The Pooh) This kind of literature is my little passion within the classroom and work place. Feel free to share yours - I love to see peoples personal favorites!

Oh my word! I just got most of her songs and she is by far my favorite artist ever. Her songs are so theraputic, meaningful and just puts me in a calm mood whenever I'm stressed. A lot of her songs are nature based too!

    I just want to run.

I just feel so angry all the time as of late. I'm agressive, short-tempered and I do not care for anyone apart from a certain few at the moment. I went for a run earlier to the point where I just sat by the river crying. I can't even put a specific reason behind it again and this is a common thing now and I really don't know what to do. I wwant to run till I can't feel my legs.
  6. The Brightest Star In The Sky by Marian Keyes! I think possibly my favorite novel yet!
  7. Ah, I am defo going to give this a go!! Thanks Tana :D
  8. I use the term 'dark and scary' loosely however... I was thinking about everything to do with life, the way we interact, the way we talk and respect (well, lack of) each other, the way we treat nature and so on, so forth. Then a thought came to me that I would much rather not be alive anymore... When I say this, I say it not because I'm going to kill myself as I would never be selfish enough to leave the ones I love in greif and agony but if I was given a choice that I could be wiped of the face of the earth, I would gladly take it. But what makes me think it, is not because my life it rubbish (i'm actually rather fortunate for my up bringing and wealth etc) but because of the human race in general. Last week, I came across youtube videos of someone beating the crap out of their pets and people were laughing and sending it on... Let me assure you, if I ever met the person in that video, I would gladly take jail for the justice of his death. The fact the law seems to be getting bent for murderers, rapists, child beaters. The world just seems to have lost sight of itself. After expressing myself, I feel so much better and I know that I cannot change any of the things I think about. It makes me sad - sad that the human race in general is ignorant enough for all of this to happen and still let slip.
  9. I'm about to read Kissed By An Angel! I have Dark Visions but haven't started reading it, will try and squeeze it in this week!
  10. I'm currently reading 'Shiver'. So far, its one of my favorite fantasy novels!!
  11. I think i'm defantly going to go with Baldwins!
  12. I forgot to ask, how long do they take to make (roughly)? I would gladly buy some of your products if they're similar to what you've shown!
  13. I've never heard of this but this sounds like something thats interesting to know about. Do you realise your doing it at the time or once you've spoken?
  14. I haven't used them into any of my spell work but I belive that different stones have different energies and powers! I've currently started to carry around a Blue Lace Agate stone and I belive it makes a difference for when I get stressed.
