  • How familiar are you with witchcraft?
I have been dabbling in witchcraft since I was a teenager, beginning with buying books on Wicca and divination. I have since found traditional witchcraft and am trying to learn more about this path which I feel so drawn to.
  • Have you explored other paths?
I have explored paths in Christianity, Buddhism and Wicca before finding TW.
  • Have you ever worked with Traditional Witchcraft?
I am a beginner in traditional witchcraft. I have done some basic spells and castings but am still trying to discover which part of the path I fell at home in.
  • What does Traditional Witchcraft mean to you?
This is a tricky question. I feel traditional witchcraft calls to something deep within me. I am Irish and currently trying to find out if there are any witches in my bloodline as I feel so called to this path. For me, TW is following my intuition, doing what I feel is right and following my gut instinct, rather than following strict rules or spell books.
  • How long have you worked with witchcraft in general?
I bought my first book on spell work when I was around 14 and I am now 27
  • What brought you to our site?
Seeking deeper knowledge and understanding away from Wicca and new age paganism. I want to discuss and develop my practice with like minded individuals.
  • What do you expect to get from this site, and what do you expect to contribute to this forum?
I expect to share practice, ask questions, answer questions and further develop both my own practice and the practice of others.
  • Do you belong to any other online witchcraft sites?
    No
  • What are your strongest points in witchcraft?
I feel I am strongest at working with tarot, cleansing spaces of negative energy/spirits and small spell work.
  • What are your weakest points in witchcraft?
I ammcurrently trying to develop my divination with spirit work.

  1. I'm Irish and we have a lot of superstitions. Here are a few I can think of off hand. Throwing spilled salt over your shoulder. Body parts itching or burning can mean different things. If your palms are itchy it means money is coming your way. Feet means you will walk on new ground. And ears mean someone is talking about you, right for spite and left for love. If a black cat crosses your path it is good luck/bad luck (depending who you talk to!). If a bird poops on you it is considered lucky! If you see a funeral procession you should turn and walk 4 steps behind it before carrying on your way. Always salute a magpie, it's bad luck not to! Touching wood when you have said something and don't want to jinx it. And one last really witchy one: If you find a four leaf clover you should carry it everywhere with you. Not only is it supposed to be lucky, but it prevents witches from cursing or hexing you! *Edit* Also if you get a chill down your spine it means someone is walking over your grave!
