  • How familiar are you with witchcraft?
  • Have you explored other paths?
None ...Words that come to mind when I was growing up: Weird, odd, strange and most definitely eccentric. Some things never change :). I have always been me, but only truly found my inner spirit, listened to my inner voice and excelled my capabilities in my 30s.
  • Have you ever worked with Traditional Witchcraft?
  • What does Traditional Witchcraft mean to you?
Basically it only takes one kind man to let evil succeed.
  • How long have you worked with witchcraft in general?
    How many lifetimes?
  • What brought you to our site?
  • What do you expect to get from this site, and what do you expect to contribute to this forum?
This place was set up by myself and Droghon. We wanted to create a community where those who didn't fit into today's "standard" society could have a place to chill out, spread out and loosen our corsets. Admittedly we all won't get on but most of us do. The web is plenty big for everyone, this forum is a haven for many but as we are so diverse in our ways, it is not for all.
  • Do you belong to any other online witchcraft sites?
  • What are your strongest points in witchcraft?
  • What are your weakest points in witchcraft?

  2. If people really do not believe just how serious it is even just being interested in witchcraft in certain countries, please see the video. Caution is advised. This is absolutely horrific so if you are squeamish or senstive please do not view it. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=dae_1236854361
  3. Firstly don't panic over something I wrote that works for me. What works for me might not work for another person. I work with both positive and negative energy. Anyone who can heal can hex - so in a way think of hexing or cursing the illness not the person. Its all the same pot, just a different ingredient so to speak. If you are a beginner I would actually make a poppet of your Uncle using a photo of his face on the head area. Pack it with various herbs and crystals and ensure that the banishing and hexing herbs are used in the areas ONLY where he has the most problems. Fill the rest of the poppet with healing herbs and quartz crystals. I would then use thorns from a blackthorn or hawthorn tree and pierce the poppet in the relevent places of the pain/illness in the body. You are trying to kill/curse etc the cancer and as long as you focus ONLY on the cancer, you cant really go wrong. However, in saying this, if the worst does happen and he passes away, please do not ever think you had anything to do with it. It was his time and you did all you could. xx
  4. FIRSTLY TRADITIONAL WITCHCRAFT IS A WAY OF LIFE NOT A RELIGION! FACT: Many Pagans are witches but not many traditional witches are Pagans. Hello my Wiccan friends. It appears you have accidently ended up on a Traditional Witch Forum. This is NOT a Wiccan site and Wicca is NOT practised or even talked about on this forum. If you hold Wiccan beliefs close to your heart then this is NOT the forum or website for you. The Traditional ways and beliefs are almost opposite to what Wiccans believe and practise. If you say "Yes" to most of the following, please leave this forum and join a Wiccan site such as: http://www.witchway.net/ You are probably Wiccan if you: Believe in the 3 fold law Believe in "harm none" Believe in the Lord and Lady Believe in the Mother and the Son Believe that whatever you do comes back Believe that hexes or curses should never be practised Believe in casting circles with guardians and corners and elements Believe in a hierarchal system (such as Degrees) Believe that spells you find in books should work Believe that every sentence should start and end with "Bright Blessings" or "Blessed Be" Believe that every sentence should start and end with "Merry Meet" or "Merry Part" Believe that you must have all the tools and ingredients (Athame etc) at hand before performing a ritual or spell. Believe Gerald Gardner's Book of Shadows, published in the 1950s is really much, much older. Believe that Wicca is an ancient religion when in FACT it was made up by two people (Doreen Valiente & Gerald Gardner) around 1953. ..this is just a typical outline of what is Wiccan. Traditionals generally do not believe, follow or practise much (if any) of this. There is nothing wrong in being Wiccan, but if you stay here you may be offended by our posts and ways of working. It is better for you to join a Wiccan Site and Forum and be with others on the same path as you. Thank you for visiting and we wish you well on your new age path.
  5. Heres mine again. My son's names are written in a spikey font one under each other wrapped around my arm. Nobody knows what it says until I say look carefully and make out the letters.. then they are OMG I thought it was just a tribal band LOL.. perfect!
  6. This is a much better quiz as it tells you what kind of empath you are: http://quizfarm.com/quizzes/new/Pangelic/what-kind-of-empath-are-you/ This is my result: You Scored as Precog You are a Precog Empath. You are a visionary & a human thermostat. You can predict outcomes and see where paths may lead. You are a good scout and a guide to others. Be careful of your dreams. Your sight penetrates the veil that hides the truth from mankind
  7. It has come to our attention that some folk enjoy to use terms "blessings", "blessed be" and all the other New Agey sayings that are today used widely by Wiccans. Of course it is your right and own freedom of speech to use such New Age language, however, in all honesty it is frowned upon amongst most Traditional Witches. Reason is because 100s of years ago we had to blend in with society, keep ourselves hidden, work in private and keep our paths a secret. If you went out blessing everyone you probably would be chucked in the river to see if you sank or floated. Please be yourselves when posting on the forum. If you truly really do say "Blessings or Blessed Be" to the cashier when you go shopping for a sack of potatoes, then knock yourself out, but me thinks that nobody says that in the real world unless you are together with like minded wiccans or new age folk .. ... who incidently have no business here. Plus not everyone is partial to being "blessed" on this traditional witch forum without their permission anyway. So keep it real and be yourself.
  8. This site is great and we intend it to stay that way. Nothing has changed, as KW just said it was actually a guest poster who caused us alot of problems this week, which went unfortunately unnoticed. Most people here have posted great reviews of books and sites and I hope that you all continue to do so - it is just a small handful that tend to let the personal remarks slip in, which is not ok. Tana and the moderators have been doing a brilliant job in doing some housecleaning this week and amending a few offending posts - but all in all, we seem to be a pretty good bunch here :) ... probably even moreso now the amount of hoops we get newbies to jump through before they even join - this really cuts out the crap and cuts down those who we feel are not appropriate for membership :) So it has all ended on a good note. The author in question is actually really happy at how we handled the situation and might even swing past here later down the line. And LadyHawk don't worry, we will never get paranoid like some other sites - freedom of speech is still encouraged here but personal attacks on other people in society is not accepted... which none of you have done anyway but these posts needed to be posted and these things needed to be said :)
  9. Im sorry if this post may have gotten peoples backs up but you didnt have to deal with an irate author this week like we did, so please if anyone has a problem in watching what they say here that could put the site into jeopardy then go elsewhere and write your libelious posts there, not here. There is a HUGE MASSIVE difference in providing your OPINION which is ACCEPTABLE and whom many authors are glad for the feedback, and then there are those who publically slag off the author which is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Thats all this is about and to be honest we would like this site to continue running, we would like to stay out of court and we do not wish to pay legal fees and fines just because someone cannot control themselves. So please don't read more into this than necessary - it is only an issue you make it one.
  10. In light of a recent incident, please note that if you are giving a review about something you dislike please be VERY careful about what you write. Please be constructive in your critisism about a book, for example, without openly and publically defaming the author. All posts that hold any defamatory remarks shall be removed or edited by the moderators here and on that note also remember, if you write it, you OWN it - so if this site is put into difficulties because of a post that you have written, please remember that you are liable for it.. so in a nutshell - if we get sued, fined or taken to court over what you have written you can be 100 percent sure that you will be held responsible. I urge everyone who has supplied reviews and personal opinions on here about authors, books, websites etc to go through all their own posts and amend them accordingly as soon as possible. Thank you.
  11. It could have been a neg, not necessarily another witch. Please search the forums for "negs" and "Robert Bruce" - you will find umpteen threads discussing similar experiences.
  12. Myself and Brian have decided to turn OFF the priviledge for new members (seekers) to view member profiles. In light of the reviewed sign up form which now consists of 11 questions, we feel that it is in our members best interest if this personal information was not viewable by new members. Unfortunately, this also means that new members (seekers) cannot view their own profiles either - however, they can still update them. All logged-in Full Members can view all member profiles. I trust that this decision will be supported by Full Members and I hope that Seekers understand this change. Thanks for your attention.
  13. I used to train horses and I got headbutted really badly during a three horse punch up. Ive had three constructive ops on my face but my nose just doesnt want to stay in the same place ... my septum was completely smashed to buggery so it is hard for my nose to keep its shape after the ops. I do plan to have another one though as I cant breathe properly. what was the second blair witch about? I dont think I saw that one!
  14. no i didnt do the snot bubble. It was bad enough doing the dribble under a duvet in a wooly hat with a camcorder and with two screaming kids in the next room LOL.. but noted for next time if I ever do such a thing again hahaha
