  • How familiar are you with witchcraft?
The more I read about it, the more I realize how little I know
  • Have you explored other paths?
After becoming an ex-Christian, I Dedicated a great deal of time and effort, for several years, researching/learning a great deal about several other religions, spiritual practices and beliefs. Tried a few for awhile but they just weren't what I needed/wanted. Some of them have some excellent teachings, that if everyone would actually do, the world would be a better place. But they just weren't for me. Most lacked when it came to changing anything, making anything happen, making any real and tangible difference.
  • Have you ever worked with Traditional Witchcraft?
    No.
  • What does Traditional Witchcraft mean to you?
Self knowledge. Self mastery. Self control. Wisdom. Common Sense. Being able to clearly define intentions, creatively visualize the desired outcome, access and direct power safely and correctly to achieve the outcome.
  • How long have you worked with witchcraft in general?
I had some experiences as a young person and then again in my 30's and 40's that I had no idea was witchcraft. I didn't know what witchcraft was and was conditioned with fear to not even think about it or try to find out anything about it. So I didn't. Until about 2 years ago. Tried Wicca but was turned off by the: Oh everything is nice and sweet and safe and positive and love and good and if you try to stand up for yourself or think a bad thought it will all come back to you and harm you three times worse....Yuk
  • What brought you to our site?
Most other sites I have visited appear to be mostly a commercial venture. They all wanted to sell me books, tapes, cd's, classes, readings, spells, energy infusions/initiations etc. They also try to mix to many things together; Reiki, Message, Essential Oils, Yoga, Wicca, Satanism, Meditation, Shamanism, Witchcraft, Natural Medicine, Kabbalah and more. As if it is all just the same thing and interchangable. It is annoying, distracting and wasted my time and energy just having to put up with it. I haven't seen this on this site.
  • What do you expect to get from this site, and what do you expect to contribute to this forum?
A better understanding of the dangers and how to avoid them. How to manifest what I need to change without accidentally harming myself or others. To learn from others how to harness power/energy and direct it where it needs to go. At this point I don't know if I have anything to contribute. I know/understand less then others here.
  • Do you belong to any other online witchcraft sites?
No. Unless you consider Rose Croix/Rosicrucian (the ancient one, not the Christianized version invented in the early 1900's) to be witchcraft.
  • What are your strongest points in witchcraft?
I can focus/concentrate deeply without rituals or much effort. I am getting OK at strong, realistic visualization. Still practicing.
  • What are your weakest points in witchcraft?
Understanding power/energy, how to access it and direct it to where needed. Understanding the different kinds of entities/powers and how to successfully protect myself.

  5. My sentiments exactly. The hair stands up on the back of my neck and I get ANGRY whenever someone says or I read : think positive thoughts, say ONLY positive things or you will bring bad/negative experiences to you. Gag. Double Gag. Besides IF it was that easy and simple to cause negative with just spoken words, the reverse would be true that we can just say" I am wealthy", "I am healthy", "My Cancer (name ANY physical problem) is gone etc And it would happen. Never does!
  6. They're 2 different skills. One has to do with sensing (seeing) and the other has to do with interacting (touching/manipulating). Yeah, they're both about energy but one has to do with input and the other with output. It would be like trying to plug a microphone into a headphone jack - even though they both have to do with sound. Very helpful description. I know you haven't been on the forum for a long time, RoseRed, but in case you should pop back in sometime, Thank You.
  7. Ditto what you said for me too ... Especially the last line. .If I have any fear about the craft at all it is that I know some of the evildoers I need to send some justice to could be better/stronger/more knowledgeable at witchcraft then me and harm us worse then they already have! I , of course, am going to do all I can to not let that happen.
  8. I was experiencing depression, mental fog, very slow mental processing/thinking (Neurological doctors call it Fluid Thinking). I said "to hell with this" I am resisting this with everything I have! I tried all of the self healing creative visualizations, meditations etc. etc. But it didn't work. I tried a lithium mineral vitamin supplement. It helped the depression a little. I almost always refuse to take Pharmaceuticals for any reason. Especially when there are safer, healthier, better non-drug options. This is what helped me. I was very shocked and pleasantly surprised that I started improving almost immediately and kept improving steadily. I am back to my old self again as if it had never happened. And have been able to reduce my dosage of the Cognizin. I didn't reduce the Meriva Curcumin because it has many other health benefits. Jarrow Formulas Cognizin Citicoline [stabilized CDP Choline (cytidine 5'diphosphocholine, phosphatidylcholine) Cognizin is a patented and tested form of Citicoline (CDP-choline, phosphatidylcholine ). Jarrow Formulas Meriva® Curcumin Phytosome Phosphatidylcholine Complex (works synergistic-ally with the Cognizin because it has Phosphatidylcholine/serine and prevents inflammation in the brain (and whole body). Also helps oint cartilage and more.) Short version on why it works: Our bodies stop creating much needed neurotransmitters when we age. The decline starts happening around age 30. These substances supply some of the neurotransmitters for us. Are bio-available And are able to get through the blood brain barrier . Not all forms of these substances can. I am not advertising for this brand. There are also other Clinical/Pharmaceutical grade brands available of the real Cognizin and Meriva, in effective dosages. I am not selling it. I only give Jarrow as an example because I tried other brands and immediately noticed them not working as well. I have also had much success with other Jarrow Formulas; starting decades ago when my Allopathic doctor dispensed them. Here is just some of the Cognizin research findings for you folks who, like me, want to know the science/safety/quality/purity behind anything I put in my body. I didn't include Meriva Research because it is just to much info! Other reported benefits of phosphatidylserine include lowering levels of stress hormones and improving sense of well-being, increases levels of several important neurotransmitters including dopamine, noradrenalineand aetylcholine; and helps maintain the integrity of neuronal cell membranes.* Citicoline [stabilized CDP Choline (cytidine 5’-diphosphocholine)] is a naturally-occurring intermediate involved in the synthesis of phosphatidylcholine, a major constituent of the grey matter of brain tissue (30%)* Citicoline consumption promotes brain metabolis by enhancing the synthesis of acetylcholine and restoring phospholipid content in the brain, both of which positively affect memory and other brain activity.* Cognizin is a patented and tested form of Citicoline (CDP-choline, phosphatidylcholine ), shown in a clinical study to help support cognitive health, focus, attention, learning, thinking speed and mental energy. A recent study compared the effects of 250 mg of Cognizin vs. a placebo. After 28 days, those taking 250 mg produced more than 50% fewer errors on a commission test, showing that Cognizin help support attention .1
