  • How familiar are you with witchcraft?
Have been a consciously practising witch since I was 13, however I was doing intuitive/instinctive working from a much younger age. I only realised that witchcraft was the name for it at age 13.
  • Have you explored other paths?
Wicca for a couple of years between the ages of 13 and 16, but found it just didn't feel right. After that, I identified as Pagan - this is what I called doing workings without any of the ceremonial trappings of Wicca.
  • Have you ever worked with Traditional Witchcraft?
yes, for the past four years
  • What does Traditional Witchcraft mean to you?
a way of life that feels like home.
  • How long have you worked with witchcraft in general?
    17 years.
  • What brought you to our site?
searching online for traditional witchcraft forums
  • What do you expect to get from this site, and what do you expect to contribute to this forum?
I'd like to learn to improve my spellcasting and energy work, and interact with others who follow the same path.
  • Do you belong to any other online witchcraft sites?
  • What are your strongest points in witchcraft?
spell casting, divination, clairsentience (born empath), sensing energy
  • What are your weakest points in witchcraft?
    meditation, shielding from other's energy
  1. Yeasayer's newest track.... can't believe we have to wait until April for the new LP
  2. From the research I've done in the past, (and from what I've been told by Indigenous Australians when I lived in the Top End) the plant most commonly used to induce trance is Pituri, the active ingredient of which is nicotine.
  3. Not in Tas :D do you happen to have a link to the seller's website / contact details?
  4. I'm in Australia and I'd absolutely love to make some flying ointment myself as Sarah's ointments aren't legal to import here  but that makes me think that none of the other plants traditionally used in them would be accessible here either. I'll have to look into that and find out if there are any plants that grow here which can be used as substitutes... Edit: spelling
  5. Most embarrassing? My very first "witchy" book purchase, almost 20 years ago at the ripe old age of 11 years old... a book called "How to Turn Your Ex-Boyfriend into a Toad and Other Spells". Haha. And then when I was around 12 I bought Wicca: A Guide for the Solitary Practitioner by Scott Cuningham. *shudders*
  6. Yeasayer - ONE Their new album was meant to be released mid-2015, so impatient for new music from them!
  7. um these sound amazing! my partner is vegan so definitely going to try these :)
  8. Being outside, especially in areas with lots of big old trees... and finding things on the ground like feathers, hagstones, and once even a completely intact fox's skull - things that are exactly what I need each time I've been thinking about what I'd like to use in my next working. Also during thunderstorms. Standing out on the verandah and feeling the wind around me and the electricity in the air. I love storm energy.
