I adore Robin Hardys' original Wickerman , it is a beautiful film. I am anticipating watching The Wicker Tree I hope the sound track is up to scratch.

I love the trailer. A of course gets a bonus for having Christopher Lee in it.

I Have been 'liking' the group on Facebook but the only messages are 'When is it being released?'

I agree with Spinney-the original Wickerman was better. I have the Wicker Tree in my Netflix que, anxiously waiting for it to be available. The trailer looks promising.

I've not see either movie, but Christopher Lee is such an icon. If memory serves me right, he did some porn....back "in the day". lol, I could be wrong, and just stuck in a fantasy though.:rolleyes_witch:

Meh, if its by the same director as the Wicker Man, than count me out.....

The original, or the remake, WR? This is by the original movie's director, which is generally a cult classic.

The remake was a farce though.

I adore the original, quite scary and intense. I look forward to seeing this sequel, it has the same scary feel.

Look forward to that. Will definitely be picking up a copy of the book first though, Think Robin Hardy did such a good job on The Wicker Man novel (which I would also highly recommend)that I doubt I will be dissapointed... One thing the I loved about the original Wicker Man film was the music, bloody brilliant.. Cheers Scott!

I love it and have the soundtrack :D It actually makes good ritual music if you are into that sort of thing.
