Devon Witchcraft and Folk Ways

Has anyone read this book yet? I'd love to see a review if you have. I purchased this book along with Cassandra Latham's Village Witch today and am excited to read them both. Since this book seems to be a compendium of folk traditions I thought it would be right up my alley and I'd love to know what others have thought of it as well. :)

Speaking of reviews, is there a specific format that a review should be submitted in? Or does one just review a book in whatever manner one sees fit? I'd be more than happy to add a review of this book once I'm finished but if there is a specific way to compile the review that would be more helpful to others then I'd be happy to know of it.

For anyone interested, Devon Witchcraft and Folk ways is readable online or downloadable under its original title of "Nummits and Crummits" which was written by Sarah Hewett around 1898-1900. I expect Troy publications re-hashed it because it's probably out of copyright.

Shit. I guess I should have at least checked Google Books first, eh? LOL

Thanks for the link! I'm sure I'll have it read before the book even arrives. *shakes head* It's been a interesting read so far though!

Tip: If you think the book is out of print, check www.archive.org before anywhere else. Their search engine isn't the greatest but they've digitized a huge amount of stuff and most of what Google & the Gutenberg Project have done is included in there, as well.
