8. Do you have an animal spirit, If yes, how many? Hhmmm...one fetch beast. But I did a meditation based on Native American spirit animals and met five more that I didn't know about previously. Some animal spirits pass through my life , though. They teach me lessons and then move on.

 

9. If yes to #8, name the animal spirit(s): My fetch is a tiger. The five others were hawk, rabbit, moose, raven, and a unicorn. Yep, a unicorn.

I don't know that they practiced witchcraft but there are stories that make me suspect that they were witchy. One was institutionalized for her odd ways. I would love to know more about them.

 

19. How much of a "modern stereotyped witch" applied to you as a witch? I'm definitely into witchy jewelry. I wear a lot of black but who doesn't? I have a white cat. Oh, and I'm a little weird and other-worldly;)

I was finding I missed my sister's (biological) since they passed so had none to chat with or ponder silly things like in this fetching I want to use wild Rose wood. But should I feed with blood or Black wine or Combination of his and me together (you know what fluid I mean). I am the baby sister of 5 girls and the last. So fine details or refinements we would often discuss even though I was in cray cray places.

I have mainly focussed on protection spells for my kids but as they have got older, I have sort of branched off experimenting with spirits and challenging them. I am also on a journey of discovery and experimentation using plants and new herbs seeing how they affect my spellwork.

My Pennsylvania German great-grandmother Laura Leisenring-- I'll probably never know for certain if she was a witch, but I do know she was an astrologer and a mathematician, and there are times when I feel her near me during casting, even though I never met her
