AnjelWolf
This was a monstrous demon. Popobawa got its name from the Swahili meaning "Bat and wing" (small dwarfish body, one central eye, pointy ears, sharp talons and wings like a bat). In the Autumn of 1995, in Guardian Newspaper printed an article by Chris McGreal, concerning the the East African island of Zanzibar. In this article, it was reported that at night, this demon would appear in the bedrooms of the Zanzibar villagers and rape them, while they were paralysed. Apparently, this event has been happening since the 1970's, and even though the victims are many, one has come forth to report :) Some of the victims has gone to the local hosptial, with reports of scratches, bruises and broken bones.
