Jaime Posted December 2, 2007 Share Posted December 2, 2007 Easy Peanut Sauce Ingredients: 2 cups peanut butter (crunchy - )1/2 c soy sauce1/2 c brown sugar (the darker the better)zest and juice of 4 limespinch of chilie flakes (to taste, I like mine hot!)handful of fresh mint leaveswater (for consistency) Combine all ingredients in a food processor, adding water last and drizzle in until you get desired consistency. This keeps for about three weeks in the fridge in a sealed jar. This is really good stirfry sauce. I've had it with and without meat (chicken).
