Easy Peanut Sauce




2 cups peanut butter (crunchy - )

1/2 c soy sauce

1/2 c brown sugar (the darker the better)

zest and juice of 4 limes

pinch of chilie flakes (to taste, I like mine hot!)

handful of fresh mint leaves

water (for consistency)


Combine all ingredients in a food processor, adding water last and drizzle in until you get desired consistency. This keeps for about three weeks in the fridge in a sealed jar.


This is really good stirfry sauce. I've had it with and without meat (chicken). This also makes a lot and I've cut the recipe in half with success.
