arabi Posted December 1, 2007 Share Posted December 1, 2007 2/3 c Thin pretzel sticks3 tb Butter1 Garlic clove, crushed1/3 c Unblanched almonds1/3 c Pine nuts1/3 c Unsalted cashews1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tsp Curry powder1/2 tsp Hot chili powder1/3 c Seedless raisins1/4 tsp Salt Break pretzels into 1" sticks. Melt butter in a skillet. Add garlic in butter, then stir in almonds, pine nuts and cashews. Add Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and chili powder and mix well. Stir in pretzels and cook gently over medium heat 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add raisins and salt; mix well. Turn mixture into a serving dish and cool.
