Any zerocarb folk here?

Exactly as the title suggests... I've been zerocarb now for 6 years due to health issues which have since resolved providing I stick to it. Just occasional now, nothing like it used to be.

Some folk here may be doing ketogenic to, which is similar. I'm just seeing if there are any others similar.

My Son and Wife are on the Keto diet, they like it and are losing lots of weight, I tried it for a weekend and then went on a carb binge. I really am not that fond of meat to survive on that diet.

I’m trying to get started in order to ease myself into being able to have periods of fasting....but it’s so hard to cook without carbs...and so much more expensive.

Not easy at all.
