Before they get thrown away thought it would be nice to see all the different carvings everyone has done.

Well, for the first time in many years, I didn't get around to carving any pumpkins this year, though I did cook some butternut squash if that counts?

I did paint this eight foot pile of pumpkins for a carnival game at our Fall Festival and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out

@RapunzelGnome, That painting is awesome! Love the curly stalk on the top one, very Tim Burton-esk.

@sleepnheat, those are really good, very intricate. I wanted to do a cat one as well but thought 3 was enough lol maybe next year :)

Great job everyone! I did a cat face and Hubby did a traditional triangle eyed Pumpkin. No Photos because frankly they are pretty rough.

I do appreciate all the great carving that everyone did.

I would but ashamed haha I made four but nowhere near as good as these

All rough and ready traditional angled eyes and pointy mouths. I did do one scream face. I'll post my masterpiece next year :o

I dont have the jackolantern on me and it may have decayed by now (ill check and post pic if i can)  but i did  carve a pumpkin with my daughter.  A dragon in front of the full moon.  (she loves dragons we love to hunt for them in the woods)  and it was a great bonding experience so cute!!

Amazing, Great entries from all those who do carve.... lots of skill and talent here !!!

I don't carve them, but I eat them  ... pumpkin scones,  muffins,  sauces,  pumpkin soup.... yum, yum and more yum! I stay away from sharp objects for my own safety...LOL

I cheated this year and bought plastic ones!  I had enough pumpkin carving at my Son's house at Thanksgiving.   I removed the guts!  Nobody wanted that job...I love looking at Pinterest for ideas, some people are really talented.

These were made by three of my friends....I thought they were a brilliant attempt as they have special needs.

🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃 (my friends, not the pumpkins).
