I had a look at it, and it is sure interesting! Requires a lot of blood and other bits and pieces from living creatures which makes me a little squeamish. This makes me wonder if any of these are still being used?

The Inuit people are a modern hunting people, using snow mobiles nowadays. They still hunt to sustain themselves as there are few grocery stores in the neighborhood. Animal parts would be readily available to a hunting society and part of their resources. They surely still practice their form of magic. Things are changing. The sun rises further north now than it did a few years ago. The tilt of the earth on it's axis is making longer daylight hours. Snow melts. Migration routs change. They will need to adapt, like all people have done for a few million years.
