Sorry for the picture quality. Looks like they got the lens dirty. Oh well.

I finally finished this thing. Took me a few weeks of working on it when I had the time. Its my new altar cloth. Hand-stitched web on 50x60 cm cotton cloth with cotton embroidery thread. You can't see them in the photo but I randomly stitched small hematite beads in the design to absorb negative/ unwanted energies. I figure I can moon bathe it regularly to clean it. I am rather pleased with how it turned out.

This looks gorgeous! I'm sure the beads add a nice touch as well.
I admire the patience of hand-stitching! I'm fairly new at embroidery (and slow!), but the art is so pretty!

Very beautiful! I'miss a life-long cross-stitcher and have dabbled in embroidery. I really love needlework and haven't done anything in quite awhile...really need to pick it back up.

Hematite is made mostly of iron. It's repellent to most spirits.

Moon baths don't do much. Earth cleansings work much better.

Gorgeous cloth. Do you have a whole spider theme to go along with it?
