The article offers a few pictures of a silly little book about how witches party. Will you learn anything? No, but the illustrations are gorgeous-so gorgeous that I'd love to print a couple of pages and frame them. Then again, I love the artwork and detail that was involved with illustrations from that time.

I'd say actually you can learn a lot about how witches were perceived at the time.  That is a powerful tool in understanding many of the folkish beliefs that continue in many areas even today.  However, if your looking to be a witch then I agree you'll not learn anything in that regard.

In that aspect you are correct. You can learn quite a bit about how witches were (and sometimes still are) perceived by some. Knowing your history is a tool of great power, no matter what that history may be. Maybe that's why I've always been fascinated with history.

(Off topic: I live in an area with lots of Native American history-burial mounds and remnants of tools and such. Missouri was also a huge battleground state during the Civil War so there are always interesting sites to explore and reenactments to watch. Between those and the strange roadside attractions I'm reguarly out and about finding interesting things to do!)

Great find, uncertain!  I love the artwork and poems.

I think it's pretty enough to frame, for a unique wall hanging! Then again, I love old artwork.
