witchywolf
just wondering if anyone here has seen the show "Avatar: the Last Airbender" it's a show on nickelodeon about different nations and tribes that control different elements and such, and the avatar that controls all the elements and keeps the peace and stuff like that. even though it is anime, i thought that it was well done on being realistic in terms of the characters, and even though the bending of elements isn't realistic it's really cool XDto anyone who has seen it though, what did you think about how they introduced certain spiritual elements? like the charkra's and things like that? i thought i was a neat introduction :)
Chloe
I've actually been meaning to watch it more. I do really love anime and there's actually quite a few that I was watching that had gotten cancelled and it was really upsetting. Cartoons for adults, can't go wrong there lol. Not to take this off topic but you might also like Inuyasha, if you haven't see it already. :)

Christine
I don't care how clear it makes my chakras, ain't gonna drink no banana-onion juice. I already tried durian once: ONCE. I did find that his spirit journeys provided a good jumping-off points for talking with my witchlings. It's a hell of a lot more useful than RainbowBrite was. And it even has blood magic! Man, if I could bloodbend, it wouldn't take an avatar to get rid of powerful dipsticks. Great show.
witchywolf
isn't it? even though some of it isn't in everyone's path, it's a great introdoction on those types of things and opens peoples minds a little bit, especially kids! :) i like that a lot of the bending moves are derived from tai chi as well :)
MaryElizabeth
Loved avatar, equally love Legend of Korra (the follow up series about the next Avatar after Aang) I love that in LoK we get to see the Gaang's legacy but I'm still heartbroken that we know so little of Sokka's life after the War. (Although I'm 100% convinced that Bumi II was his unofficial favorite since he was the other non-bender in the family. You can't tell me he wasn't Sokka's little Bumi-rang.)
