emily Posted September 15, 2013 Share Posted September 15, 2013 Just a quick Recipe for Haw jam. For about 3 lbs of fruit crush and add 3 cups of water bring to boil then let it simmer. Strain all the seeds and pulp 1 lemon and about 7 cups of sugar. Taste if more is needed add more Put back into pan and boil it again. Enjoy! What if it is a damp day or a dry one? Anyway, thanks for the hawthorn jelly recipe. That would probably be good for the heart as hawthorn is know for relaxing the blood vessels. It looks good.
