This is very refreshing and low low in calories and carbs !

1/3 cup of sparkling white wine, such as Spanish cava.

1/4 cup St. Germaine ( elderflower ) liqueur

Splash of club soda or seltzer water

Lemon slice, optional.

Fill glass with ice. Add wine, liqueur, then club soda, garnish with lemon.

Regards,

Gypsy

This sounds great! I've been seeing a lot of St. Germain cocktails when I go out lately, been wanting to try it. Sounds so refreshing!

I almost bought some st. Germain tonight, but it was. Little more expensive than I wanted to try. I'd hate to spend $40 on 750ml and hate the taste of it.

This is one of my favorite cocktails, especially when mixed with sparkling wine.  St. Germaine is the best!  Such a light floral liqueur. :)

Sounds good.  But, I find it ironic that St. Germaine was reputed to never drink.  Or was that just wine he didn't drink?

Wish I could try it.  Alas, my medication stresses my liver enough on it's own.  Oh well.  Drink enough for both of us, please.
