Excellent point !

I've thought long and hard over this. I've come to the conclusion that people need to stop putting so much stock in their sexual preferences as a social identifier.

I can't identify personally with the polarity of the whole gay/straight thing. Why would I want to write off 50% of the planet as a potential bed partner? It baffles me that a person could be so confident as a homosexual or heterosexual that they KNOW someone of the sex they are not normally attracted to is not going to just turn up and leave them breathless with desire..... I don't knock their position, that's right for them and that's all well and good, I just can't relate to it. I like to keep my options open and a pool of 100% of people rather than 50% is likely to generate me a larger volume of bed partners....

Yep, I have kissed a lot of toads before I got a prince. ;) I don't want more toads. I'm perfectly happy with one person.

Actually the sign makes no sense. Neither cars nor food (lunch) can be gay,

:) I think that is the point; people describing marriage as "gay", which is, as you stated, nonsensical (and irrelevant).

^^What she said. In the context of sarcasm that it was meant in, the sign makes perfect sense.
