Mango Seeds

in December's Blog

I've never personally used mango seeds, but I know you can carve the pit of an avocado much the same way you carve a candle for various intention setting purposes. Maybe you can use mango seeds in a similar way?

It also occurs to me that it'd be good for some kind of fertility ritual....

The Witches Cloak

in Tana's Cottage

The hat is somewhat Puritan in its current styling, and comes from a plainer version (looks like a dunce hat) that was associated with magicians from long ago. Another likely influence was alewife hats, which were worn by women who brewed - often the women were loners, brought to work for themselves after being widowed or the like. Yhe robe much older and more common, likely coming from multiple sources as it was outdoor wear.

You robe sounds beautiful! I love black and lilac together. I will have a robe soon. It's slinky, I'll mostly be using it as a cover up when working naked in brisk weather. I enjoy working naked because I'm an exhibitionist and derive power from that, I also agree that if a witch can't cast past their clothes then they need to gtfo of the witch pool!

The Witches Cloak

in Tana's Cottage
Everyone has a different style. I wear modern patchwork cloths or the eccentric flowing clothes sometimes hooded sometimes not. I really love hippy clothing though. Most likely that's what you'll catch me in. My best friend wears nothing but robes as her hero is a lady who protested in favor of witches and swore to wear nothing but robes.

My Best Friend

in urbanfox's Blog

Im sorry for your loss @urbanfox do understand that yes its sad that the 'physical death' of you best friend is heart breaking *which is a straight forward emotion/reaction to be expected from us humans* but this way *sorry if I offend* it is better as this way he is in spirit form so he can be forever with you EVERYWHERE and ANYWAY. Which is something that both humans and animals CANT do physically.

hope this helps,

kind regards.
