Just need a place to vent!! So today my head is again full of cotton wool, fog...scrambled thoughts that aren't leading me anywhere. I'ts just totally frustrating. I'm mean't to be heading somewhere, but have no clue how I get there. Even working with my pendulums are giving me garbled messages. I feel like I need to sleep for a long time, but when I sleep I dream and when I'm not dreaming I'm awake. Aaaargh!!
