**Googles "kantele"**

That's cool!!! What inspired this purchase?

Been reading Kalevala lately and the hero väinämöinen focuses his magic through a kantele he made from a giant pike. Considering I use similar magic, I thought I might see if I could do something similar. Plus I like the music

I used to play it as a kid! I should still have mine somewhere hidden away, collecting dust. But now I really wanna go find it! And my copy of Kalevala.
