Wolfjan, I just read your blog and wanted to drop you a note and say that lately I've been thinking I was a thread stopper.

And to let you know there are people reading your Blog. I just figured out how to find the blogs tonight and yours was the 2nd one I looked at.

Now I just gotta figure out how to start my own blog.

Yea, and it's supposed to get hotter today. I put Ice in the birdbath on days like this. We have hundreds of midday birds sucking up the cool water. I have an ice maker, and I make extra for company, because the regular freezer one doesn't do it fast enough. So, the birds get a big batch. Plus, the little stray cat drinks there too. I don't know who he belonged to, but he is eating off my porch these days. Little Bast(ard) watches him from the window. That's the only time he will eat kitten chow.

Well, Little Bast(ard) has chosen my mother as his two-legger. After the last two morning terror festival, he jumped up in her lap and passed out, like she is his protector after his evil deeds. But first he gets up in her face and acts all cute, then he's there till she has to get up. I swear we don't need TV around here when we get two performances a day of Bast and the flying critter circus. They all get in on the act. The pomeranian is finally slimming down a bit.

The little outside guy now has a shady little house, his own drinking bowl and big food every day. I can't let him starve, but I can't let him just die, either. I just have too many inside animals. yes, this is all my ramblings and quite boring and non witchy.

It's different to me that I have categorized us all as two-leggers and four-leggers. But I wonder what they think of us sometimes. Probably that we don't "nap" enough and that's why we don't have the same energy that they do.

And that the curtains are great things to swing from, but it gets him so wet when the alpha two-legger is around.

That was my morning.

Yes, I was just out watering, filling up the feeders and icing the birdbath and the water bowl. It's to hot! I watered the tomato plant and it is happy now. :blobfire:

Little Bast(ard) is taking a long afternoon nap, after which he will use the box, have a drink then attack the first thing he sees. Then off we go again.

They often sleep with me, three cats, two dogs. The chihuahua sleeps with HIS alpha female. .

Yes, there is magic everywhere. Sure wish I could make it rain a good couple of soaking days here though. Just constant, soaking rain to bring up the lakes a bit and green up the grass. The trees and birds like it SO much better than faucet water.

Hi Wolfjan! Just trawling around reading blogs and thinking about mine. Something you and Landeith said made me want to post a comment. It was about thread stopping. I don't think you need to be paranoid about this! LOL It happens to me all the time and I think it is just part of how a forum runs. Sometimes threads end or need to end, and statistically they are going to be ended by all of us at one point or another! Its certainly not anything to do with how others view you. I hope you are reassured about that! Hoping you get your rain soon! x

I am still waiting for my rain, but I have done all I could to bring it. Did you get a LOT of rain?

Yes, I have seen a few other threads started that did not get any comments at all, like one or two of mine, so I am off that tirade now. And I have given up talking politics now and am concentrating on other things. Obsessing on getting rain right now.

I am trying to become more commanding and realizing that I would do well concentrating on the craft rather than whining about my popularity. Geez! What a brat I have been lately.
