Wow, after a couple of days feeling a total disconnect from all nature around me, I went outside and the energy was so intense that it made me all tingle-y. It was amazing! I felt totally energized and invited my family to go out side. After they finish their rousing game of Stratego we might go up to the GA mountains or to the local nature park.

I am doing some research because I want to make my own non-dangerous sleeping potion. So far I have a list of ingredients now I just need to see which ones work together the best. So it is off to read and research until we go out!
